Terms and Conditions

Before making a reservation at Phuket Thailand Travel.com we encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they constitute a contract agreement between Phuket Thailand Travel.com and you from the time the booking is made. The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all the people in the group and is responsible for all payments due.

1. The package rate is valid from Now till 31 October 2022
2. Adult Rate will be applied for participant age 12 years old or above. Child Rate will be applied for participant age between 4-11 years old that they share room with adults and no extra-bed. Infant age below 4 years old (Height should not over 100 cms.) is Free of Charge.
3. The package rate is reserved for minimum guarantee 2 participants per booking. The supplement charge will be applied for single traveler.
4. All rates quote in Thai Baht are net per person per package sharing occupancy inclusive of all taxes and applicable service charges.
5. Once you have submitted your booking and personal details through phuketthailand-travel.com you will receive a confirmation and the payment link invoice of your booking via e-mail. The deposit by credit card (accept VISA or MASTER only) are made in local currency and there is a service fee for processing Visa and Master card payment 3%
6. The balance payment you can pay to our representative upon arrival at hotel lobby in cash Thai Baht or credit card. However if you wish to pay for your booking with a credit card, a service fee of 3% applies and will be added to the final invoice.
7. Please note that all online bookings require payment of 50% of the total package price at the time of the booking. If the total price is less than 5,000 THB or booking occurs less than 15 days before your arrival date full payment is required.
8. Customer will receive an email confirmation voucher within 24 hours once the payment is complete. Please print out these documents, as you will need to show them for all services during your visit to Phuket.
9. No refund will be provided for cancellation within 48 hours of day of the tour or for no-show arrivals on the day of the tour.
10. In rare circumstances the operator might have to modify or altogether cancel a tour due to operational reasons or lack of participants. The customer will be informed as early as possible. In this case customers will receive a full refund or the right to switch to an alternative tour or alternative departure for the reserved tour.
11. Date or time of departure, pickup, or dropoff, or the content of a tour itinerary, are subject to change or cancellation should unforeseen circumstances occur, at the discretion of the tour operator changes to the itinerary.
12. Rates do not include client’s meals, food and beverages unless otherwise specified in the programs.
13. During the tour, drivers or other members of our team might take pictures for marketing purposes. If passengers do not agree with this, please inform a member of our team.
