Visiting the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary, the most ethical elephant sanctuary in Phuket, gives curious visitors a unique opportunity to interact with magnificent elephants in the safety and security of their natural home. Our trained English-speaking guides give visitors insight into the behavior and the personal history of our elephants, while our mahouts help people realize incredible life experiences such as bathing elephants in Phuket or feeding them by hand.

Half day program

A half-day package to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary offers visitors an enjoyable opportunity to spend quality time with elephants in their natural home, as well as gain an insight into their history and behavior, and create cherished lifelong memories of their time spent with these amazing animals.

06.30	(or 11.30-12.30 pm for Afternoon Visit) Pick up from your hotel or accommodation in Phuket.
07.30	(or 12.30 pm for Afternoon Visit) Drive North-West of Phuket Town to Naithon Beach, over rolling hills, through the forest and local farming areas, and alongside the picturesque coastline.
08.00	(or 1 pm for Afternoon Visit) Arrive at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Phuket. Enjoy a welcome snack, sip tea or coffee, and learn about elephants as you are given an introduction to our program.
08.15	(or 1.15 pm for Afternoon Visit) Assist with the preparation of natural dietary supplements for the elephants.
08.30	(or 1.30pm for Afternoon Visit) Meet the elephants. Feed them and administer dietary supplements as you learn their stories. Play, interact, and take photos with the elephants in a natural setting.
09.00	(or 2 pm for Afternoon Visit) Mud spa with the elephants.
09.30	(or 2.30 pm for Afternoon Visit) Swimming with elephants
10.00	(or 3pm for Afternoon Visit) Join the elephants in our specially constructed outdoor “Elephant Shower”
10.20	(or 3.20pm for Afternoon Visit) Use our facilities to take a (regular) shower, dry off, and change clothes.
10.30	(or 3.30pm for Afternoon Visit) Have lunch by traditional Thai food, freshly cooked Pad Thai, and seasonal fruit, before saying goodbye to the friendly elephants.
11.00	(or 4pm for Afternoon Visit) Leave the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary and drive for approximately 1 hour back through spectacular island scenery.
12.30	(or 5-5.30pm for Afternoon Visit) Drop off at your hotel or accommodation.

1 DAY WALK WITH ELEPHANTS

Our WALK WITH THE ELEPHANTS package at the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary offers visitors an enjoyable opportunity to spend quality time with elephants in their natural habitat, Go on an adventure with our rescued elephants! In this program, and gain insight on our rescues. Visitors will set out into the jungle with our rescued elephants and get the opportunity to observe them as they walk through the jungle.

07.30	Drive North-West of Phuket Town to Naithon Beach, over rolling hills, through the forest and local farming areas, and alongside the picturesque coastline.
08.00	Arrive at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Phuket. Enjoy a welcome snack, sip tea or coffee, and learn about elephants as you are given an introduction to our program.
08.15	Set out into the jungle where you will learn more about our rescues.
11.00	Eat a meal of traditional Thai food.
13.15	Assist with the preparation of natural dietary supplements for the elephants.
13.30	Meet the elephants. Feed them and administer dietary supplements as you learn their stories. Play, interact, and take photos with the elephants in a natural setting.
14.00	Mud spa with the elephants.
14.30	Swimming with elephants
15.00	Join the elephants in our specially constructed outdoor “Elephant Shower”

Discover the exhilaration of being up close and personal with our rescues! This program is perfect for anyone short of time but who wants to meet elephants ethically. This program will include DIY Poop paper.

Which currency is accepted on this tour?

Thai Baht (THB – ฿) is the currency that is used in Thailand. All our tours are in Thai Baht (THB – ฿).

Will there be any extra costs that are not mentioned here?

The only extra cost is the national park fee. It is not included in the tour price and will be required to pay on arrival. All the other extra costs are mentioned here in the booking system. Transport costs depending on your location will be added in the next step of your booking.

What is cancellation policy?
