Terms and Conditions

Before making a reservation at Phuket Thailand Travel.com we encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they constitute a contract agreement between Phuket Thailand Travel.com and you from the time the booking is made. The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all the people in the group and is responsible for all payments due.

1. The package rates are valid from 1 July 2021 – 31 October 2022
2. The package rates are valid for a minimum of 2 customers traveling together per booking. The supplement charge will be applied to a single traveler.
3. Adult Rate will be applied for participants age 12 years old or above. Child Rate will be applied for participants age between 4-11 years old that they share a room with adults and no extra bed. Infant age below 4 years old (Height should not over 100 cm.) is Free of Charge.
4. All rates quote in Thai Baht are net per person per package sharing occupancy inclusive of all taxes and applicable service charges.
5. Once you have submitted your booking and personal details through phuketthailand-travel.com we will reply to your booking request with a deposit payment link invoice of your booking via e-mail. 
6. Please note that all online bookings require payment of 50% of the total package price at the time of the booking. If the total price is less than 5,000 THB or booking occurs less than 15 days before your arrival date full payment is required.
7. The deposit of 50% by credit card (accept VISA or MASTER only) are made in local currency and there is a service fee for processing Visa and Master card payment 3%
8. Balance payment can be paid to our representative upon arrival at the hotel lobby in cash Thai Baht or credit card. However, if you wish to pay for your booking with a credit card, a service fee of 3% applies and will be added to the final invoice.
9. Customers will receive an email confirmation voucher within 24 hours once the payment is complete. Please print out these documents, as you will need to show them for all services during your visit to Phuket.
10. Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the trip. However, in case of postponing the trip please inform before 14 days of the tour date.
11. In rare circumstances, the operator might have to modify or altogether cancel a tour due to operational reasons or lack of participants. The customer will be informed as early as possible. In this case, customers will receive a full refund or the right to switch to an alternative tour or alternative departure for the reserved tour.
12. Date or time of departure, pickup, or drop-off, or the content of a tour itinerary, are subject to change or cancellation should unforeseen circumstances occur, at the discretion of the tour operator changes to the itinerary.
13. During the tour, drivers or other members of our team might take pictures for marketing purposes. If Customers do not agree with this, please inform a member of our team.
14. There is NO refund for unutilized service.
15. Security deposit is to be paid upon check-in as hotel policy.
