Terms and Conditions

Before making a reservation at Phuket Thailand Travel.com we encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they constitute a contract agreement between Phuket Thailand Travel.com and you from the time the booking is made. The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all the people in the group and is responsible for all payments due.

1. The package rate is valid from 1 July 2021 – 23 December 2021
2. Adult Rate will be applied for participants age 12 years old or above.
3. Solo Travel Rate will be applied for booking by 1 person.
4. The package rate is reserved for a minimum guarantee of 2 participants per booking. The supplement charge will be applied to a single traveler.
5. All rates quote in Thai Baht are net per person per package sharing occupancy inclusive of all taxes and applicable service charges.
6. Once you have submitted your booking and personal details through True Design Holidays you will receive a confirmation and the payment link invoice of your booking via e-mail.
7. Full payment is required by credit card (accept VISA or MASTER only) are made in local currency and there is a service fee for processing Visa and Master card payment 3.5%
8. Customers will receive an email confirmation voucher within 24 hours once the payment is complete. Please print out these documents, as you will need to show them for all services during your visit to Phuket.
9. The payment is non-refundable if you cancel the trip. However, in case of postponing the trip please inform before 14 days of the tour date.
10. In rare circumstances, the operator might have to modify or altogether cancel a tour due to operational reasons or lack of participants. The customer will be informed as early as possible. In this case, customers will receive a full refund or the right to switch to an alternative tour or alternative departure for the reserved tour.
11. Date or time of departure, pickup, or drop-off, or the content of a tour itinerary, are subject to change or cancellation should unforeseen circumstances occur, at the discretion of the tour operator changes to the itinerary.
12. Rates do not include the client’s meals, food and beverages unless otherwise specified in the programs.
13. During the tour, drivers or other members of our team might take pictures for marketing purposes. If passengers do not agree with this, please inform a member of our team.
14. There is NO refund for unutilized service.
15. Security deposit is to be paid upon check in as hotel policy.
