Terms and Conditions

Before making a reservation at Phuket Thailand Travel.com we encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they constitute a contract agreement between Phuket Thailand Travel.com and you from the time the booking is made. The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all the people in the group and is responsible for all payments due.

The package rate are valid to 31 October 2025

The package rate are valid for minimum 2 customer traveling together per booking.
Adult Rate will be applied for participant age 12 years old or above. Child Rate will be applied for participant age between 4-11 years old. Infant age below 4 years old (Height should not over 100 cm.) is Free of Charge.
All rates quote in Thai Baht are net per person per package sharing occupancy inclusive of all taxes and applicable service charges.
Once you have submitted your booking and personal details through phuketthailand-travel.com we will reply your booking request with deposit payment link invoice of your booking via e-mail.
Please note that all online bookings require payment of 50% of the total package price at the time of the booking. If the total price is less than 5,000 THB or booking occurs less than 15 days before your arrival date full payment is required.
The deposit 50% by credit card (accept VISA or MASTER only) are made in local currency and there is a service fee for processing Visa and Master card payment 4.5%

Balance payment can be paid to our representative upon arrival at hotel lobby in cash Thai Baht or credit card. However, if you wish to pay for your booking with a credit card, a service fee of 4.5% applies and will be added to the final invoice.
Customer will receive an email confirmation voucher within 24 hours once the payment is complete. Please print out these documents, as you will need to show them for all services during your visit to Phuket.
Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the trip. However, in case of postpone the trip please inform before 14 day of tour date.
In rare circumstances the operator might have to modify or altogether cancel a tour due to operational reasons or lack of participants. The customer will be informed as early as possible. In this case customers will receive a full refund or the right to switch to an alternative tour or alternative departure for the reserved tour.
Date or time of departure, pickup, or drop-off, or the content of a tour itinerary, are subject to change or cancellation should unforeseen circumstances occur, at the discretion of the tour operator changes to the itinerary.
During the tour, drivers or other members of our team might take pictures for marketing purposes. If Customer do not agree with this, please inform a member of our team.
There is NO refund for unutilized service.

Infant under 1 years old, elderly over 60 years old, and pet are not allowed to join the excursion. Guest who has high blood pressure, heart disease, pregnant women, asthma and bone disease or orthopedic are not allowed to join this excursion. In case if customer has allergic food, please let us know before traveling.

Itinerary

Day 1

Private transfer by air-conditioned car or van from Phuket Airport for Phuket City Tour and Sent to Hotel (No meal)

Remark:

Transportation Type will depend on how many people are to be transported
The driver will wait for you outside the arrival area at the time-of-flight arrival and holding a signage with your name on it.
If there, for any reasons, delays that make you, please let us know. Our driver will wait for you for an hour. If we haven’t heard from you, we reserve the right to release the driver not to wait longer.

Proceed Phuket City Tour

Start from Phuket Old Town Phuket was one of the major Peranakan Chinese cultural centrals, along with Singapore, Malacca and Penang, the dramatic growing of tin mining business in early 19th century, luring in a large number of Chinese merchants from the China mainland. It was led to the constructions of Sino-Portuguese mansions and shop houses in the Phuket town.

Then visit Chalong Temple the most famous and sacred temple in Phuket as it was the residence of a respected monk Luang Po Cham, who took part helping people during the Chinese Coolie Rebellion in 1876 during the reign of King Rama V. Locals and visitors usually visit the temple to vow their wishes from the statues, and will return to burn firecrackers when the wishes become true.

Don’t missed visit 3 Beaches View Point is one of the most frequented viewpoints in Phuket. From here, it is possible to take in views of Kata Noi, Kata Yai and Karon beaches.

Last but not least, Phomthep View Point is one of the most famous sunset viewpoints in Thailand. At the cape there is also another important landmark – the Kanchanaphisek Lighthouse. The lighthouse was built in celebration to HM the King’s 50th Birthday Anniversary. You can take beautiful pictures and buy some souvenirs here.

Transfer you to your hotel which you have booked by yourself.

Remark: The hotel name must be informed once you make a reservation, a surcharge for round trip transfer will be applied for some hotel which locate in a remote area.

Day 2

One day trip Phi Phi Island & Khai Island by Speed Boat (Join Tour)

(Tour include : Join van transfer, insurance, tour guide, lunch, snorkeling mask, life jacket, national park fee)

07.30-08.30 hrs. Please stand by at hotel lobby, driver will pick you up to Pier.
08.30-09.00 hrs. Arrive to the pier. Welcome by complimentary light breakfast. Introduction of tour program and safety.
10.00 hrs. Departure from the pier to Phi Phi Island by speed boat.
Arrive at Phi Phi Island. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling in crystal clear water and tropical fish.
Head to Maya Bay, the most famous beach where “The Beach” movie was filmed.
Visit Pileh Lagoon, that surrounded by towering limestone where you can swim & jump in turquoise lagoon cliffs and cave.
Then visit to Viking cave sightseeing on the boat to see historical ancient cave painting.
Lunch time for delicious lunch at the beachfront restaurant in Phi Phi Don Island. Then relaxing or sightseeing the island.
Head to Monkey beach
Arrive at Khai Island. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling or relaxing on the white sandy beach.
17.30 hrs. Arrive at pier and sent back to hotel.
