Before making a reservation with PhuketThailandTravel.com, we kindly encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they constitute a contractual agreement between you and PhuketThailandTravel.com upon confirmation of your booking. By placing a reservation, the person making the booking confirms that they have the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all participants in the group and assumes responsibility for all associated payments.

Validity:

The package rates are valid to 31 October 2026

Accommodation package rate:

The package rates are valid for minimum 2 customers traveling together per booking. Single travelers are subject to a supplement charge.

Rates by Age:

Adult rate applies to participants aged 12 years and above.
Child rate applies to participants aged 4–11 years sharing a room with adults without an extra bed.
Infants under 4 years old (height not exceeding 100 cm) are free of charge.

Pricing: All rates quoted in Thai Baht are net per person, based on sharing occupancy, and include all taxes and applicable service charges.
Booking Confirmation: Once you submit your booking and travel details through PhuketThailand-Travel.com, we will respond with a deposit payment link and invoice via email.
Payment Terms: All online bookings require a 50% deposit of the total package price at the time of booking. For bookings under 5,000 THB or made less than 15 days before arrival, full payment is required.
Payment Processing Fee: The 50% deposit paid by credit card (VISA or MasterCard only) will be charged in local currency and is subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance can be paid in cash (Thai Baht) or by credit card to our representative upon arrival at the hotel lobby. Credit card payments incur a 3.5% service fee added to the final invoice.
Voucher Confirmation: Customers will receive an email confirmation voucher within 24 hours after full payment. Please print this document, as it is required for all services during your visit.
Cancellation and Postponement: The deposit is non-refundable if the trip is canceled. For postponements, please notify us at least 14 days before the tour date.
Tour Modification or Cancellation: In rare cases, the operator may modify or cancel a tour due to operational reasons or insufficient participants. Customers will be notified as early as possible and may receive a full refund or the option to switch to an alternative tour or departure date.
Itinerary Changes: Departure times, pickup/drop-off locations, or tour itineraries may change or be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances at the operator’s discretion.
Photography Consent: During the tour, team members may take photos for marketing purposes. If you do not consent, please inform a staff member.
No Refunds for Unused Services: There will be no refund for any unused services.
Security Deposit: A security deposit must be paid upon check-in as per hotel policy.
Health Restrictions: The island tours by speedboat and catamaran are not suitable for individuals with the following conditions: congenital heart disease, infants under 1 year old, elderly over 70 years old, and pregnant women.

Itinerary

Day 1

Private transfer by air-conditioned car or van from Phuket Airport transfer to Phuket hotel (meals not included).

Remark:

Transportation type will depend on the number of passengers.

Our representative will be holding a placard with your name at the designated exit gate and will escort you to the driver.

In case of any flight delays, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance or as soon as you receive information from the airline. Without any delay notification, the driver will wait for a maximum of 60 minutes after the flight has landed. Additional charges may apply for longer waiting times, or we reserve the right to release the driver and not wait any longer.

Transfer to the selected hotel for check-in.

Sailing Catamaran to Kahung Beach with Sunset Promthep (Join Tour)

(Tour include : Join van transfer, insurance, tour guide, dinner on board, snorkeling mask, life jacket, beach chair)

11.30 hrs. Please stand by at hotel lobby, driver will pick you up to Pier

12.30 hrs. Meet the guide at Pier.

13.00 hrs. Depart from Pier to Kahung Beach (Coral Island) Enjoy snorkeling, swimming or relaxing on the white sand beach or optional hornbill feeding, excite sea sport activity such as Parasailing, Banana boat, clear kayak (extra charge)

16.00 hrs. Depart from Kahung Beach and stop for swimming and snorkeling.

17.00 hrs. Cruising to Promthep Cape and Thai dinner will be served on board. Enjoy an amazing sunset view over the Andaman Sea and heading to the pier.

19.00 hrs. Arrive at pier and sent back to hotel.

Day 2

One day trip Phi Phi Island & Khai Island by Speed Boat (Join Tour)

(Tour include : Join van transfer, insurance, tour guide, lunch, snorkeling mask, life jacket, national park fee,)

07.30-08.30 hrs. After breakfast, please stand by at hotel lobby, driver will pick you up to Pier.

08.30-09.00 hrs. Arrive to the pier – Welcome by team and enjoy complimentary light breakfast. Introduction of tour program and safety.

10.00 hrs. Departure from the pier to Phi Phi Island by speed boat.

Arrive at Phi Phi Island. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling in crystal clear water and tropical fish.

Head to Maya Bay, the most famous beach where “The Beach” movie was filmed.

Visit Pileh Lagoon, that surrounded by towering limestone where you can swim & jump in turquoise lagoon cliffs and cave.

Then visit to Viking cave sightseeing on the boat to see historical ancient cave painting.

Lunch time for delicious lunch at the beachfront restaurant in Phi Phi Don Island. Then relaxing or sightseeing the island.

Head to Monkey beach

Arrive at Khai Island. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling or relaxing on the white sandy beach.

17.30 hrs. Arrive at pier and sent back to hotel.

Day 3

Private City Tour and Transfer to Phuket Airport by air-conditioned car or van (include breakfast only)

Proceed Phuket City Tour

Start from Phomthep View Point is one of the most famous sunset viewpoints in Thailand. At the cape there is also another important landmark – the Kanchanaphisek Lighthouse. The lighthouse was built in celebration to HM the King’s 50th Birthday Anniversary. You can take beautiful pictures and buy some souvenirs here.

Don’t missed visit 3 Beaches View Point is one of the most frequented viewpoints in Phuket. From here, it is possible to take in views of Kata Noi, Kata Yai and Karon beaches.

Then visit Chalong Temple the most famous and sacred temple in Phuket as it was the residence of a respected monk Luang Po Cham, who took part helping people during the Chinese Coolie Rebellion in 1876 during the reign of King Rama V. Locals and visitors usually visit the temple to vow their wishes from the statues, and will return to burn firecrackers when the wishes become true.

Last but not least, Phuket Old Town Phuket was one of the major Peranakan Chinese cultural centrals, along with Singapore, Malacca and Penang, the dramatic growing of tin mining business in early 19th century, luring in a large number of Chinese merchants from the China mainland. It was led to the constructions of Sino-Portuguese mansions and shop houses in the Phuket town.
