Before making a reservation with PhuketThailandTravel.com, we kindly encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they constitute a contractual agreement between you and PhuketThailandTravel.com upon confirmation of your booking. By placing a reservation, the person making the booking confirms that they have the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all participants in the group and assumes responsibility for all associated payments.

Validity: The package rates are valid to 31 October 2026

Accommodation package rate: The package rates are valid for minimum 2 customers traveling together per booking. Single travelers are subject to a supplement charge.

Rates by Age:

Adult rate applies to participants aged 12 years and above.
Child rate applies to participants aged 4–11 years sharing a room with adults without an extra bed.
Infants under 4 years old (height not exceeding 100 cm) are free of charge.

Pricing: All rates quoted in Thai Baht are net per person, based on sharing occupancy, and include all taxes and applicable service charges.
Booking Confirmation: Once you submit your booking and travel details through PhuketThailand-Travel.com, we will respond with a deposit payment link and invoice via email.
Payment Terms: All online bookings require a 50% deposit of the total package price at the time of booking. For bookings under 5,000 THB or made less than 15 days before arrival, full payment is required.
Payment Processing Fee: The 50% deposit paid by credit card (VISA or MasterCard only) will be charged in local currency and is subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance can be paid in cash (Thai Baht) or by credit card to our representative upon arrival at the hotel lobby. Credit card payments incur a 3.5% service fee added to the final invoice.
Voucher Confirmation: Customers will receive an email confirmation voucher within 24 hours after full payment. Please print this document, as it is required for all services during your visit.
Cancellation and Postponement: The deposit is non-refundable if the trip is canceled. For postponements, please notify us at least 14 days before the tour date.
Tour Modification or Cancellation: In rare cases, the operator may modify or cancel a tour due to operational reasons or insufficient participants. Customers will be notified as early as possible and may receive a full refund or the option to switch to an alternative tour or departure date.
Itinerary Changes: Departure times, pickup/drop-off locations, or tour itineraries may change or be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances at the operator’s discretion.
Photography Consent: During the tour, team members may take photos for marketing purposes. If you do not consent, please inform a staff member.
No Refunds for Unused Services: There will be no refund for any unused services.
Security Deposit: A security deposit must be paid upon check-in as per hotel policy.
Health Restrictions: The island tours by speedboat and catamaran are not suitable for individuals with the following conditions: congenital heart disease, infants under 1 year old, elderly over 70 years old, and pregnant women.

Itinerary

Day 1

Private transfer by air-conditioned car or van from Phuket Airport to Hotel at Khao Lak, Phang Nga Province by 1 hour (No meal)

Remark:

Hotel check in time at 14.00 hrs.
Transportation type will depend on the number of passengers.
Our representative will be holding a placard with your name at the designated exit gate and will escort you to the driver.
In case of any flight delays, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance or as soon as you receive information from the airline. Without any delay notification, the driver will wait for a maximum of 60 minutes after the flight has landed. Additional charges may apply for longer waiting times, or we reserve the right to release the driver and not wait any longer.

Transfer to the selected hotel for check-in.

Day 2

One day trip Similan Island by Speed boat (Join Tour)

(Tour include : Join van transfer, insurance, tour guide, lunch, snorkeling mask, life jacket, national park fee)

07.30 hrs. Please stand by at hotel lobby, driver will pick you up to Phang Nga Pier.
08.30 hrs. Arrive to Phang Nga pier – Welcome and Serve you with hot drink and bakery. Pick up snorkeling equipment.
09.00 hrs. Departure from the pier to Similan Island by speed boat.
10.50 hrs. Arrive Similan Islands, first snorkeling and appreciating the underwater world, viewing beautiful fishes and colorful corals at Island No.5 and No.6
11.40 hrs. Take you to Island No.4 (Koh Miang), relaxing at Princess Bay with your own leisure on the beach.

12.00 hrs. Enjoy with quality lunch box set on Island No.4 (Koh Miang)

13.00 hrs. Depart from Island No.4 to Island No.9 (Koh Ba Ngu) for snorkeling at Christmas Point or Namchai Bay, the highlight is where there are attractive coral reefs and a variety of colorful fishes.

14.15 hrs. Take you to visit a Sailing rock which is the landmark of “Similan Island” at Island No.8 (Koh Similan) where you can relax, swimming, take pictures or climbing up to a view point on the top of Sailing rock.

15.30 hrs. Depart from Similan Island with a smile and impression.
16.50 hrs. Arrive the pier. Welcome you with a variety of drinks, snacks, tasty papaya salad, fried chicken, ice cream, then back to hotel.

Day 3

One day trip Surin Island by Speed boat (Join Tour)

(Tour include : Join van transfer, insurance, tour guide, lunch, snorkeling mask, life jacket, national park fee)

07.30 hrs. Please stand by at hotel lobby, driver will pick you up to Phang Nga Pier.
08.30 hrs. Arrive to Phang Nga pier – Welcome and Serve you with hot drink and bakery. Pick up snorkeling equipment.
09.00 hrs. Depart to Surin Island by Speed Boat
10.20 hrs. Arrive at Surin Island National Park, go to 1st snorkeling at Chong Kad Channel then visit Moken village where the sea gypsy residing in north Andaman Sea.
12.00 hrs. Buffet lunch served in the National Park restaurant with variety of beverage menu and seasonal Thai fruits.

13.30 hrs. 2nd Snorkeling at Bon Bay or Mae Yai Bay

14.30 hrs. 3rd Snorkeling at Pineapple Bay or Turtle Bay to enjoy the beauty of coral and fishes.

15.30 hrs. Departure from Surin Island with the impression.

17.00 hrs. Arrive the pier. Welcome you with a variety of drinks, snacks, tasty papaya salad, fried chicken, ice cream, then back to hotel.

Day 4

Samed Nangshe viewpoint – Phuket Old Town - Phuket Airport (include breakfast only)

Remark: Check-out Policy by 12.00PM. If your departure flights in the late afternoon or evening, you can keep the luggage with the hotel reception and come to the hotel lobby by the appointment time.
