Tiger Encounter Rules:
- Participants must approach the tigers from behind
- Participants are not allowed to touch a tiger on its head
- Participants are not allowed to use flash photography as it may damage tigers' eyes
- Participants must follow the instructions given by the keeper
- Participants are only allowed to bring in their camera or phone within the enclosure. All other belongings must be left outside or in one of the free lockers onsite. Food and drink, selfie sticks, walking sticks, and wheelchairs are not permitted inside the activity area

Important Remarks
- This activity can accommodate pregnant women
- This activity is not suitable for participants with wheelchairs and walking aids Participants must be fit, healthy and be able to squat, kneel down, and stand up quickly with no assistance
- Each animal encounter includes 10 minutes to interact with your chosen tiger
- Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult
